Terms and Conditions

SCHEDULING & START TIMES

All reservation start times and arrival times are subject to adjustment based on aircraft operations, weather, safety requirements, capacity, scheduling, and other operational needs.

Guests are asked to remain flexible with their scheduled experience time, particularly during high-volume days.

If you have specific time constraints, please contact Gunship Helicopters before booking so our staff can determine whether your requested schedule can be accommodated.

Gunship Helicopters will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule adjustments as soon as possible.

RECONFIRMATION

Guests are responsible for reviewing and responding to any reconfirmation or scheduling communications sent by Gunship Helicopters prior to their reservation.

When reconfirmation is requested, guests must respond within the timeframe provided to ensure that all reservation details, arrival times, transportation arrangements, and operational requirements have been acknowledged.

TRANSPORTATION

Complimentary transportation is available only with qualifying packages and is subject to availability at the time of booking.

Pickup times and locations may be adjusted based on scheduling, capacity, and operational requirements.

Guests who do not qualify for complimentary transportation are responsible for arranging transportation to and from our Flight Range.

Due to the remote location of our facility, **Uber, rideshare services, and taxis are NOT permitted transportation options.** Return transportation cannot be reliably obtained from the Flight Range.

Self-driving guests should use an appropriate vehicle capable of traveling on the dirt/gravel road leading to the facility. A Jeep, truck, SUV, or similar vehicle is strongly recommended.

Guests using a private chauffeur must arrange for the chauffeur to remain on site for the duration of the experience unless otherwise approved by Gunship Helicopters.

ARRIVAL & LATE POLICY

Guests should arrive at least **5 minutes prior to their scheduled arrival time**, unless otherwise instructed by Gunship Helicopters.

### Self-Driving Guests
Guests arriving more than **30 minutes after their scheduled arrival time** will be considered late.

### Transportation Guests
Guests must be present and ready at their designated pickup location. Guests arriving more than **10 minutes after their scheduled pickup time** will be considered late.

Late arrivals may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of payment without refund if Gunship Helicopters can no longer accommodate the experience within the day’s flight and operational schedule.

NO-SHOWS

Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled reservation or transportation pickup without proper cancellation will be considered a **no-show**.

No-shows are subject to **100% of the applicable reservation price and are not eligible for a refund.**

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Please contact Gunship Helicopters immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation.

For standard reservations, cancellation requests must be received **no later than 7:30 AM Pacific Time on the day prior to your scheduled experience date.** Our 24-hour cancellation period is based on Gunship Helicopters’ **operational start time of 7:30 AM**, regardless of the individual guest’s scheduled arrival, pickup, or flight time.

Cancellations received after **7:30 AM Pacific Time on the day prior to the scheduled experience date** fall within our cancellation period and are **non-refundable**.

Late arrivals, no-shows, and partially completed shooting packages are not eligible for refunds except where otherwise determined by Gunship Helicopters.

#Groups of 10

Reservations for groups of **10 or more guests** require at least **72 hours’ notice** for cancellation.

Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time are non-refundable.

All cancellation deadlines are based on **Pacific Time.**

## LARGE GROUPS — 11 OR MORE GUESTS

Large Group Events are subject to the payment and cancellation terms established at the time of booking. Once the reservation enters the final **two-week period**, payments and committed balances are non-refundable and may not be reduced due to cancellation, reduced attendance, or changes in participant count.

CUSTOM OPERATION HOURS

Requests for experiences or events outside Gunship Helicopters’ standard seasonal operating hours require **final approval from Operations**.

Approved requests outside standard operating hours will incur an **additional custom shift fee**, which will be determined based on the operational requirements of the event.

OPERATIONAL, WEATHER & AIRCRAFT CHANGES

Helicopter operations are subject to weather, aircraft availability, maintenance requirements, safety considerations, and other operational conditions.

Flight routes, flight times, aircraft assignments, and experience schedules may be adjusted when necessary.

Flight times are approximate and may include loading and unloading.

Gunship Helicopters reserves the right to modify an experience, substitute equipment, adjust scheduling, or reschedule an experience when reasonably necessary for safety or operational purposes.

If Gunship Helicopters is unable to provide an experience due to weather, aircraft availability, maintenance, or another operational issue, available rescheduling or refund options will be communicated to the affected guest.

All flights are provided by **Fly Sin City, LLC.**

SHOOTING PACKAGES, FIREARMS & AMMUNITION

Firearms and ammunition are subject to availability and may be substituted due to maintenance, safety, ammunition availability, equipment availability, or other operational requirements.

Gunship Helicopters will make reasonable efforts to provide the firearms, ammunition quantities, and activities associated with the package purchased.

Shooters may fire only at designated targets and must follow all instructions provided by Gunship Helicopters personnel and Range Safety Officers.

All aerial shooting activities are monitored by an in-flight Range Safety Officer.

Targets used during shooting activities may include reactive steel and other designated range targets.

Failure to follow Range Safety Officer instructions or established safety procedures may result in immediate termination of participation without refund.

ALCOHOL & DRUG SAFETY POLICY

For the safety of our guests and crew, alcohol and drug impairment will not be tolerated during shooting or flight activities.

Gunship Helicopters maintains its own safety standards, which may be more restrictive than minimum legal requirements.

Participants may be subject to breathalyzer testing. Participants must have a blood alcohol concentration below **0.04%** to participate.

Gunship Helicopters reserves the right to deny participation to any individual who appears impaired by alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, or any other intoxicating substance.

If any member of a party is determined to be under the influence or otherwise unsafe to participate, that individual will not be permitted to participate in shooting activities.

SHOOTER ELIGIBILITY

All participants must be legally permitted to possess and handle firearms under all applicable **federal, state, and local laws.**

Individuals who are legally prohibited from possessing or handling firearms may not participate in shooting activities.

Participants are responsible for truthfully completing all required eligibility questions, acknowledgments, and safety waivers.

Providing false information regarding firearm eligibility may result in immediate denial or termination of participation and may have legal consequences.

AGE REQUIREMENTS & MINORS

Participants must meet Gunship Helicopters’ minimum age requirements.

**Participants must be over 10 years of age.**

Minors under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

A parent or legal guardian must complete any required consent documentation for a minor participant.

Gunship Helicopters reserves the right to determine whether a minor participant can safely participate based on size, equipment fit, ability to follow Range Safety Officer instructions, and other safety considerations.

PREGNANCY & HEALTH/SAFETY RESTRICTIONS

Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of safely participating in the experience.

Gunship Helicopters reserves the right to restrict participation when a condition presents a reasonable safety concern for the guest, crew, or other participants.

SAFETY WAIVERS

Every participant must complete all required Gunship Helicopters safety waivers and acknowledgments prior to participating.

**Each adult participant must personally review, complete, and sign their own safety waiver.**

No individual may complete or sign a safety waiver on behalf of another adult participant or without that participant’s knowledge and consent.

Parents or legal guardians must complete any required consent documentation for participating minors.

Failure to complete required waivers may result in the participant being unable to participate in the experience.

PASSENGER WEIGHT & AIRCRAFT RESTRICTIONS

Maximum passenger weight per seat is **420 lbs. / 190 kg.**

Passenger weights will be verified during check-in.

Passengers exceeding the applicable individual weight limitation may require additional accommodations or may be unable to participate depending on aircraft limitations and operational requirements.

The combined weight limit for two guests in the helicopter is **600 lbs.**

Because aircraft weight and balance requirements are safety-critical, specific seating assignments cannot be guaranteed.

PERSONAL ITEMS & AIRCRAFT SAFETY

Loose personal items are not permitted aboard the helicopter unless specifically approved by the flight crew.

This includes, but is not limited to while in the Gunner Seat

– Cell phones
– Personal cameras
– Water bottles
– Bags
– Other loose articles

Metal detectors or other screening procedures may be used to ensure prohibited or unsafe items are not brought aboard the aircraft.

All guests must comply with instructions provided by pilots, Range Safety Officers, and Gunship Helicopters personnel.

CLOTHING & EYE PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS

For the safety of all guests, proper footwear and eye protection are required.

**Closed-toe shoes are required.** Acceptable footwear includes tennis shoes, sneakers, or boots. **Crocs, flip-flops, sandals, slides, or other open-toe or slip-on footwear are not permitted.**

**Eye protection is also required.** Guests may bring sunglasses, prescription glasses, or other appropriate protective eyewear.

Guests who forget to bring eye protection will be provided with safety glasses on site.

PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY

Certain Gunship Helicopters packages may include or offer photography and/or video products.

Photography and video recording systems are electronic equipment. Although reasonable operational checks are performed, technical or equipment failures may occasionally occur.

Gunship Helicopters does not guarantee that electronic recording equipment will be free from technical malfunction.

Any remedy associated with the failure of a purchased or included photo/video product will be determined based on the circumstances and the portion of the purchased product affected.

Gunship Helicopters may capture photographs or video during experiences for operational, safety, or promotional purposes. Promotional or advertising use will be handled in accordance with the media consent provisions contained within the applicable participant waiver.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates **do not expire** and retain a fixed monetary value equal to the original purchase price.

If a gift certificate was purchased for a specific Gunship Helicopters package or experience and the price of that experience increases after the original purchase date, the gift certificate will be applied toward the current price of the experience. **The bearer will be responsible for paying any remaining balance prior to or at the time of service.**

Gift certificates are subject to current pricing, availability, reservation requirements, and all applicable Gunship Helicopters Terms & Conditions at the time of redemption.

Gift certificates have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

PRICING, FEES & FUEL

Applicable retail prices, standard fees, and fuel charges are included in the advertised tour price unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice prior to purchase.

Once a reservation has been paid and confirmed, the price associated with that confirmed reservation will be honored unless additional products, services, upgrades, or accommodations are requested.

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars.

ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY

When making a reservation, guests must provide a valid email address and other information necessary to process and manage the reservation.

Billing information must match the information associated with the payment method being used.

Gunship Helicopters does not sell customer personal information.

Customer information may be shared with or processed by authorized service providers when reasonably necessary to process payments, manage reservations, provide transportation or requested services, obtain required documentation, communicate with guests, prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements, or otherwise fulfill the purchased experience.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Online Privacy Policy and applicable law.

PAYMENT INFORMATION & SECURITY

Gunship Helicopters uses appropriate security measures and authorized service providers to protect customer payment and personal information.

Access to sensitive information is limited to authorized individuals and service providers who require access for legitimate business purposes.

Payment information is processed through authorized payment systems and will be handled according to applicable security requirements and the policies of the applicable payment processor.

EMAIL & COMMUNICATIONS

After making a reservation, guests may receive confirmations, waivers, payment requests, transportation information, schedule adjustments, and other important communications by email, text message, telephone, or other contact methods provided during booking.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring their communications prior to their reservation.

Please check spam or junk folders if an expected email has not been received.

Failure to review an email, text message, or other reservation communication does not automatically exempt a guest from applicable reservation requirements or policies.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & AUTHORIZATION

By completing payment, the purchaser acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and intend to reserve the selected experience.

The purchaser authorizes **Fly Sin City, LLC d/b/a Gunship Helicopters** to process payment for the applicable reservation and any specifically authorized purchases.

Each participant remains individually responsible for reviewing and signing their own required safety waiver and participant documentation.

Payment by one individual on behalf of a group does **not** constitute execution of another adult participant’s safety waiver or acknowledgment on that participant’s behalf.

All guests and participants are required to comply with Gunship Helicopters’ safety procedures, Range Safety Officer instructions, flight crew instructions, and applicable laws while participating in the experience.
